a) To help its partners/clients (you) to generate the highest net profit possible by investing in the booming
real estate market in Costa Rica.
b) Depending on your goal and willingness to take more or less risk
when investing, (1) generate a fair R.O.I. (7 to 12 % on an annual basis)
by lending money to the investment-project, and subsequently, when the
houses/apartments are being sold, there is the opportunity to offer
loans to the new owners of the houses, with the house/apartment as your
financial guarantee, or (2) generate a much higher R.O.I. by becoming
a full partner within development projects, or (3) by being the main
investor within a project (up to 100 % of the shares).
c) Develop sustainable relationships with our financial partners (you),
Costa Rican builders, Costa Rican lawyers etc. etc.
